Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy covers when refunds are and aren't available.

1. Before AI Generation Begins

If you've paid but have NOT submitted the post-payment form (which kicks off AI name generation), request a full refund within 24 hours of payment and we'll process it. Email mike@propsnap.co with your order reference.

2. After AI Generation Begins

Once you submit the post-payment form, our AI pipeline runs immediately and generates your personalised names, and the model compute cost is incurred at that point. Because you ask us to begin immediately, you acknowledge at checkout that generation starts right away and the order becomes non-refundable once it does. Orders in this state are therefore not refundable, except where the law provides otherwise.

3. Service Issues

If there's a delivery problem on our end (email didn't arrive, names weren't delivered, booking failure for Elite), contact mike@propsnap.co within 7 days. We'll re-deliver or refund at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

Please email mike@propsnap.co before initiating a bank chargeback — we'll usually resolve issues faster directly.
