By accessing or using Devahname (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Devahname provides social-media name analysis and AI-generated name recommendations based on Thai naming sciences (Lekkasat, Taksa, Ayatana, Star Power, and others). The free check gives a grade and short reading; paid packages deliver personalised name recommendations by email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have your parent/guardian's permission to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (birth date, names).

3. Payment

Paid packages are listed in Thai Baht on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Once a paid package is activated, our AI name-generation pipeline runs immediately — refunds follow the Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

For paid packages, we aim to deliver generated names by email within 24 hours of payment. Elite tier includes a scheduled 1-on-1 consultation with the practitioner. Delivery times depend on availability and may be longer during busy periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Devahname — branding, methodology, AI-generated recommendations — is owned by Devahname. You may use generated names personally but may not resell them as part of a competing service.

6. Disclaimer

Devahname's recommendations are guidance based on traditional Thai naming sciences. We make no guarantee of life outcomes (career, relationships, wealth). Use your own judgment when changing your online presence.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
